📋 Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Create Your First Template (2 minutes)
Templates are reusable checklists that you can assign to any location. Think of them as your "master copies."
How to create a template:
- Click Templates in the left sidebar
- Click + New Template button
- Enter a name (e.g., "Opening Checklist", "Closing Procedures")
- Add tasks one by one
- Click Save Template
Step 2: Add Your Locations (1 minute)
Locations represent your physical sites - stores, restaurants, facilities, etc.
Step 3: Assign Template to Location (30 seconds)
Now connect your template to your location so your team can start using it.
Step 4: Invite Your Team (2 minutes)
Your team needs accounts to complete checklists on their phones or computers.
- Admin: Full access to everything
- Manager: Can view reports, manage templates
- Staff: Can complete checklists
Step 5: Complete Your First Checklist (3 minutes)
