Quick Start Guide

Follow these steps in order — you'll be running your first checklist in minutes.

Create Your First Template

Templates are reusable checklists you can assign to any location. Think of them as your "master copies."

Click Templates in the left sidebar
Click + New Template button
Enter a name (e.g., "Opening Checklist")
Add tasks one by one
Click Save Template

Pro tip: Browse our Template Marketplace to jump-start your first checklist.

Add Your Locations

Locations represent your physical sites — stores, restaurants, facilities, and more.

Go to Locations in the sidebar
Click + Add Location
Enter location name and address
Save to continue

Pro tip: You can bulk import locations from a CSV file — contact support@opsle.com for help.

Assign Template to Location

Connect your template to your location so your team can start using it immediately.

Open your location
Click Assign Template
Select the template you created
Set the schedule or frequency

Invite Your Team

Your team needs accounts to complete checklists on their phones or computers.

Go to Settings → Team Members
Click + Invite Member
Enter their email and select a role
Click Send Invitation

Role Guide:

Admin:Full access to everything

Manager:Can view reports, manage templates

Staff:Can complete checklists

Complete Your First Checklist

Time to test it out! Let your team know the app is ready and complete your first checklist together.

Open Opsle in your browser or from your home screen
Select your location
Open the assigned checklist
Complete each task and submit

Pro tip: The app works offline! Complete tasks in areas with no signal — everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
